Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions constitute the agreement between Teletec Communication Services and the customer in relation to the provision of IT support services. By availing our IT support services, the Customer acknowledges and accepts these Terms and Conditions.

Initial Service Charge

For both on-site and remote IT support services, an initial charge of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS (referred as $150 from now) applies, encompassing assessment and any associated consulting work performed by Teletec Communication Services. This charge accounts for the time, resources, and expertise invested during the initial engagement.

2. Application of Initial Service Charge

Should the Customer elect to proceed with the IT support service offered by Teletec Communication Services subsequent to the initial assessment, the Initial Service Charge of $150 will be offset against the total cost of the final work. In such instances, the Initial Service Charge will be deducted from the overall project or service cost, as mutually agreed.

3. Non-Application of Initial Service Charge

If the Customer decides not to proceed with the IT support service provided by Teletec Communication Servicesafter the initial assessment, the Initial Service Charge of $150 will remain non-refundable and will be considered compensation for the visit and consulting work conducted.

4. Project Scope and Cost

The scope of work, services to be delivered, and associated expenses will be established through mutual agreement between Teletec Communication Services and the Customer prior to commencing any activities beyond the initial assessment. A comprehensive estimate or proposal will delineate the scope, services, timeline, and related costs.

5. Payment Terms

Payments for IT support services beyond the initial assessment will adhere to the stipulations outlined in the estimate or proposal. Invoices will be issued based on project milestones or as stipulated in the agreement. The Customer commits to settling payments in a punctual manner as delineated in the invoice.

6. Data and Privacy

The Customer recognizes that Teletec Communication Services may require access to and processing of their data and systems during the provision of IT support services. Business IT Solution will enact reasonable measures to uphold the confidentiality and security of the Customer's data.

7. Limitation of Liability

While Teletec Communication Services endeavors to provide precise and efficacious IT support, the Customer acknowledges that technical issues can encompass intricacies and variations. Teletec Communication Services cannot be held accountable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of IT support services.

8. Amendments to Terms

Teletec Communication Services reserves the right to revise or amend these Terms at its discretion. Any modifications will be communicated to the Customer in advance. By soliciting and utilizing our IT support services, the Customer acknowledges that they have perused, understood, and concurred with these Terms and Conditions.
